Data of lawyers' clients
For data that clients provide through a profile, the lawyer or firm is the controller and ORAXIS acts as the data processor.
Purposes and legal basis
Providing the contracted service (performance of the contract), verifying Bar registration and complying with legal obligations.
Hosting
Data is hosted in the European Union. The list of sub-processors is available in this same section.
Rights
You can exercise your rights by writing to privacidad@oraxis.club and lodge a complaint with the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency).
ORAXIS Card waitlist
If you join the waitlist, ORAXIS processes your email, and optionally your name and preferred finish, to tell you when the card launches. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), confirmed by email, which you can withdraw at any time from the link in our emails. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days and the whole list 90 days after launch.
