Parties and subject matter
The lawyer or firm (controller) engages ORAXIS (processor) to process their clients' data as necessary to provide the service, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
Instructions and confidentiality
ORAXIS processes data only on the documented instructions of the controller and ensures the confidentiality of its staff.
Security
Sensitive data (enquiry descriptions, opposing parties, NIF) is encrypted. Emails never include the content of enquiries.
Sub-processors
The controller authorises the sub-processors listed on the sub-processors page. Any changes will be notified in advance.
End of processing
When the service ends, ORAXIS will return or delete the data, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
